The Series 98JD was born out of NYC Transit’s requirement for a retrofit solution for Apogee's tried and true 97 Line Fluorescent fixtures that cover most stations throughout the city. The 98JD drops into the 97 line housing that is already in the field, or can be supplied with a new housing for new construction installations.
